I'm beginning to think we might become like the Duggar Family on 18 kids and counting. Although we can produce faster with so many ewes and a gestation period of only 5 months. Saturday morning Jensen went out to the barn to take care of the sheep and he discovered a new lamb. We were expecting one of the ewes to deliver first so it was a big surprise to us. It was a girl, we have named her Maggie.
We know of at least 2 more ewes that are pregnant. The one won't be for a while but she's the one I can't wait to see. She is an English Blue and has 2 small white markings under her eyes that are called tear drops. This make her pretty rare. It will be cool to see if her lamb has of the qualities. She is called an English Blue because her wool has a blue tint to it, also making her rare.

I don't know how i missed this post. It looks like you guys are having lots of fun with your sheep! And of course the baby is adorable. Celina will be begging to see bunnies and sheep!
