The last two pictures are the business across the street from us. Usually they have two small ponds instead of the huge lake/river from the house to the corn field on the other side.

Water, water everywhere
From winter wonderland to water as far as the eye can see. The first picture is a day or 2 before the rain started. The second is one of the houses that we had hoped to get in to. We would have been right across from the red barn on the right. The third picture is just over by where we used to live. Down the hill is the other house we wanted. I think we had a little blessing when things didn't work out with either house.

Isn't that amazing? There's always a reason why we don't "get" what we want. Just think what you'd be going through right now. My heart is so sad for those people that live in that (and other) areas.
